Technical consultancy before sales:
1.Knowing about your demand
Our sales people will contact you for initial communication via internet to know about your demand, production capacity requirement, and investment budget.
2.Offering initial technical solution and quotation
Our sales people will discuss with engineers and technical people to decide suitable machines and solutions and then offer initial quotation to customer.
If you can accept the initial quotation, you need to come to our factory for factory visit and talk about technical details with us in person.
Technical support and service after sales:
1. Whole line or whole plant machinery layout design:
After order is placed, we make whole line or whole plant machinery arrangement layout drawing for customer to confirm. When both sides agree with the details, machine production will start on the basis of the drawing.
You can assign some person or come in person to our factory to inspect the machines you have ordered. We offer free living in factory and working meals and free initial operation and maintenance training.
3.After receiving machines:
After you have received our machines in your factory, we send technical people to your factory to do installation and commissioning and on-site operation and maintenance training.
We offer free change for the damaged parts in one year for the reason of no-man-made damage and offer technical support. After one year, we offer charged service for life long.
5.Spare parts supply:
All the machines we sold are with a list of changeable parts and their parameters. Besides, the suppliers to our factory are well selected after long term cooperation. If any need for change, we can guarantee supply.
We have an independent and easy to check archive for each customer. It records fully every customer’s demand and the solutions we offered and technical parameters of each machine, as well as every service content.
7.Online monitor support in our factory
The unique online monitor system developed by our factory can offer customer remote support for machine maintenance and repair. It can diagnose problem with the machine and by alarming signal, we will know what is wrong with your machine.
Our sales people or regional sales representative will visit the customers regularly to check machine running conditions and solve existing problems
